1. A QUICK TEST

During your initial visit, your blood wil be drawn to test your testosterone levels. The testosterone test results will be received back in our clinic within 24-48 hours.

2. A PLAN FOR YOU

If your test indicates your testosterone levels are below clinically acceptable, the medical professionals at the Optimal T will discuss your individual treatment options.

3. FOLLOW-UPS

You will then return every 7-10 days to receive your testosterone booster injection. Each subsequent visit takes about 10-15 minutes and you will be on your way. At Optimal T, we are very flexible, as to accommodate your busy schedule.

COST OF TREATMENT

We accept most health insurance plans, in which case you are responsible for any applicable deductibles or co-pays under the terms of your health insurance policy. For patients choosing a self-pay option, testosterone replacement therapy costs $300* per month or $750 for 3 months, which includes necessary office visits, all lab work as necessary during the month and/or quarter, and injection therapy.

*$300.00 per month is a discounted “self pay” price due at the time of service, and which reflects administrative savings due to reduced costs of insurance claims processing and associated overhead.

PAYMENT POLICY

Medical services are provided and billed by Optimal T. We offer cash pay and Insurance billed services. We participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region.

Please be aware that with any health plan, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.
